Well, I did it. Ordered my new laptop last night. I saved myself £200 by downgrading my chipset. Sill spec'd the i7 with 6GB cache (instead of 8GB cache) and 8GB RAM..... £935 all in. Can't wait for it to arrive!

I've actually met Chris n shook his hand. This fact is still causing slight issues in my trouser dept.... :wink:

My grandad is thinking of getting this, I know it will probably run rather slowly, due to 1MB cache, but he only uses it for basic computing tasks, e.g. internet, viewing photos ect
