When I needed Apple their service was the worst I have ever known, but I am aware that I do seem to have been more than a little unlucky. Most people seem to have no problems.

When I used Apple to try and sort out my iPhone, they wanted me to pay a fee to raise a ticket for someone to answer my problem. Not the best service in my mind
