Good, and please do. Don't exchange mails with her since she left CMshow - although assumedly much to her relief!

Cuddly wicket.

And also the Daleks and cybermen...

Oh no! And all that.

Oh no! indeed. He voiced George too of course, and Zippy and George fought with each other a lot - that guy was pretty talented! :D

My sisters and I were the last Rainbow generation I think. Good times.

Clarence "Big Man" Clemons from the Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band.

I was brought up with my dad playing Bruce Springsteen music. I still love Bruce and his bands music. So it sad to hear that the "Big Man" has passed away. He will be playing the sexy sax in heaven.

Dave was only talking about him last week, saying there needs to be a revival of Saxophone stuff in the charts, oh no.

I find it difficult to genuinely say 'oh no' about someone who did obviously stupid things for entertainment - including drink driving, if that's true.

Yep, me too. Perhaps I'd feel differently if I had ever found anything he did funny, but really, no.

I read that and saw the photo he sent to Twitter of him drinking before driving. Feel more sorry for the passenger and their family.

I know, how can you extend sympathy his way when his actions have destroyed another family. *ing arse.

Well, that's a big assumption we're making there. But if it is the case, absolutely.

just so everyone is aware of the facts - noone knows WHO was driving.

amazing how quick people are to distinguish the loss of a life based on circumstance.

My indifference wasn't based on the circumstances though - as you say, we don't really know what they were. Its based on the fact that I had nothing positive to say about him in life - I would be a bit of a hypocrite if that changed because he was dead.
