I can't stand films with blood and guts and stuff. I saw Alien when i was pregnant and that just about finished me off. Texas Chainsaw massare is another bad one, though lots of people seem to find things like that funny. Why is this?

Texas Chainsaw Massacre was more the central character screaming the entire time than gore. In fact, it was just one big scream-fest.

I think its a sort of reaction where to make a situation seem better they try and find the humor in it. I found the halloween films amusing actually.

Films like Halloween are funny because the killer is always walking and the victim is always running, yet the killer always catches the victim.

I mean it's a great film but lord, that scared me to death. Thanks to that film in a way that I got my bf cos I kept taking his arm to hide behind.

I didn't see 28 Days Later, I saw 28 Weeks Later though and I get the impression they're very similar, probably too similar for me to want to watch 28 Days Later.

Meh not really... a closer comparison would be that 28 Weeks Later is like Aliens in that it's kinda the all action follow up that never really stops, whereas 28 Days Later is more like Alien which is more tense and psychological. Both ace films though.

I wasnt such a fan of 28 weeks - it felt like it was pretty much the same as the first one. I had, however, had a couple of drinks before seeing and we ended up having to sit in the front row at the cinema which meant I coulnt see the whole screen at the one time.

I don't think you can say he's dominating; OK he's not been off the podium yet, but he's not running away with it and there's a very real chance someone else may win the championship this season. If he started to really dominate I would get bored, like I did with Schumacher.

Also Hamilton has had the best start to a debut F1 season, bar none; even people like Villeneuve, who came from the top of another class altogether didn't have as explosive a start as this, and it's making ripples.
