Using capitals is annoying - it means you're shouting in text/computer speak and is hard to read. It is however no where near as annoying as saying lol, espeically as you over use it. Only put it if you really did laugh out loud, and even then, only if you must. Ha ha will do just as well - in fact that would be much better. I know I'm not alone on this one here, there has been many a debate on using text language on the board before and it was always deemed a no no.
