Or maybe she thought that she didn't have to be concerned what the mattress cleaners thought?

Making me smile is finding my Wii proof of purchase tucked away on play.com, and finding I bought it 11 months ago. Still in guarantee, so I can get it repaired for free!

Still annoying that the graphics card in it is melted, but still...

If so, I admire her greatly (she knows my cousin by the way, it wasn't just a randomer).

Or maybe she thought that as most people have "toys", it was no big deal?! Or maybe she just forgot it was there.......!

Yeah - turns out he actually used to be a Radio 1 DJ (now Radio 2) and presents the Sony Awards each year.
I had to google that though!

Paul Gambaccini is a legend! An American (therefore slightly inferior) version of John Peel!

Being inferior to John Peel is less as a consequence of being American and more as a consequence of not being John Peel.

No, we just don't hear any of his stuff as he's only on Radio 2 and Classic FM.

I'm quite happy too. I hope this lasts, and I don't get stressed or upset over nothing like I have been lately. Hancock also made me happy, twas a good film. Foot-Loose's post also made me laugh, as I was stupid enough to try and figure out why the video wasn't working.

Haha. I laughed at myself though. I did find it amusing, but now I'm an idiot.

Lots of things are making me smile right now! Ezza's issues above, seeing Hancock with my boy, watching my team win, this lovely glass of Malbec and most importantly, a long, relaxing phone conversation to catch up with someone I love...and today started out so rubbish, too!

In my opinion a long phone conversation should never have the word relaxing in the same sentence. I mean, laying on the sofa having a man scratch is relaxing, drinking cold lager in the garden is relaxing, but talking on the phone............... I always wonder what I'm missing on the TV when some inconsiderate person rings me.

Perhaps you're not having the right type of conversation? I seldom watch TV and would never think that a good catch up call with a loved one would be deemed anything other than pleasant, stimulating OR relaxing. I surely wouldn't view them as being "inconsiderate" for interrupting my telly time by phoning. I remain quite happy.

The Hoff this morning magically made Scott listenable. Infact - if you put the Hoff on Max's early brekkie show it would work miracles with my ears. Just wish Chris could've had him as a guest.

I've not listened (and I won't), but I struggle to see why that man has such a cult following.
