We all laugh at things like packets of nuts that have warnings on them saying "may contain nuts", but honestly, when I read something like this, I wonder if such things aren't actually necessary in our world!

Tis true, 5 years ago I lost 5 stone, and it took 5 years to go back on. If this a repeating cycle then so be it, it's not too much pain every 5 years! Although not very healthy.............

Apparently they are. As George Carlin once said, think of how stupid the average person in this world is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that!

(Technically that makes them the median person and not the average, but the technicality takes away from the humour)

Always amuses me the way they guilt trip you into giving blood. Oh please, we're running out, you can save a life.

As long of course as you do not fulfill one of about 30 criteria which automatically bars you from doing so. Such greats as being a gay man (a gay woman is fine apparently), having been given blood yourself at some point, and even if you have had a tattoo in the last 12 months.

Which reminds me, it has been about 14 months since I got my tattoo now. Time I went again.
