Making me smile (and cry surprisingly) was watching my boys perform in The Tempest at their leaver's assembly at primary school. It was very emotional and I'm never like that about my kids. The performance was brilliant!

I didn't hear that particular part of the show this morning, but I could start you off with the fact that they are 'crisps', not 'chips'.. if you're going to sell to the UK market, try using English dialect as opposed to American dialect to do it.

As well as that, they seem to be overpriced and targeted at snobs and whoever heard of crisps for snobs?! It's a ridiculous concept.

Nothing wrong with trying to target another section of the potential market. And I wouldn't say they were 'targeted at snobs', just people who like more natural looking/tasting foods.

Well, fair enough.. but calling them 'chips' is annoying.

Problem, is, Kettle Chips are the best crisps you can buy. Fairfields are also very good, as are Burkes, but they aren't so easily available (although I get Fairfields when I can as the farm and factory where they are grown and made is only three miles from me). But of the easily available brands, Kettle Chips are brilliant. And I know they're crisps - but I don't have a problem buying a crisp thats called Chip on the packet. Not when they're that good.

The only thing is, I assume 'Kettle Chips' is probably a brand name - I'd imagine changing that brand name for the UK market just to please a few British pedants would be an expensive and time-consuming hassle.

The best crisps are Walkers Sensations, Pringles and McCoys. There used to be a nice brand called Brannigans, but I'm not sure they're around any more.

Walkers Sensations are rubbish. Too salty, and all the flavours taste the same - full of additives and msg. I don't like Pringles and McCoys because they are mashed potato made into shapes - I like my crisps to be actual slices of potato!

I don't care what they're full of, I like them. Actually, I don't like the sweet chilli flavour, but the lamb and mint one, in particular, is exquisite.

I think I've only ever seen those in ancient packs going yellow on the shelves of shops in Spain or Greece!
