Well snap, I passed on my third attempt with 7 minors. I'd say that it is quite easy to get minors nowadays, because they are only really minor faults. But all the same, I don't know if my driving instructor was just making me feel good about getting 7 or not.
I think you can get 15 minors but no more and you can't get more than 3 minors in the same category.
