I don't know much about it but CMP sounds like hospital radio for the lazy people who can't be arsed to go to a hospital!

any experience is good experience but there's nothing like getting something at a proper station to get a better idea of how the whole thing comes together

You have to remember for people like me, we dont have hospital radio... as our local hospital has like 10 patients in it at anyone time...

I do stuff for our local BBC station aswell, although its all news based so CMP gives me a good chance to do music shows etc. And as the internet and faster internet connections progress, things like internet radio will be more common, and CMP will already be one step ahead.

im already preparing samples for my local hospital - my dad's good friends with the people there because he used to do it when he was young - maybe thats where i get my enthusiasm from! lol

have they actually said anything to you about previous experience?

seems odd that you'd need to make demos for a hospital station - especially if your dad already knows them. just get him to have a word
