Viv has been banned for 24 hours whilst things calm down. If things flare up again, I'll ask her to leave on a permanent basis.
Viv argues with many people on the board (or many people argue with her, depending on your point of view). Whichever way you look at it taking her from the board will stop the arguments and it's my prerogative to do so.
I won't enter into discussions on the legitimacy of my actions, and I will ask anyone who is excessively vocal on the subject to also leave the board.
