Hope it works.

As for Munki's comments, we occasionally get those sort of puddles round here. As for whether you get puddles depends on a number of things, but the point is it doesn't stop traffic, my missus just drives right through the bloody things. However I rmemeber a day about 18 months ago when it was absolutely tipping it down to the point where roads and pavements were flooded just from the drains, you couldn't see the tyres of parked cars the water was that deep in some places. I've got a video somewher of my bus driving down what appears to be a river in central Hammersmith. That is extreme weather for this country and it played havoc with transport. You can't prepare for every eventuality.

Ohh Andy, that's gorgeous! Thank you for posting it. Were Crumpet and Muffin having fun in the snow?

Cheers Topher. I'm sure I right clicked on the picture. Oh well.

Sunny in some places the only part of the that was visible was their heads! They were bunny hopping all over the place. Yuds may even recognise it.

Oh and Boboff your house looks like one of those big Dolls houses from the Victorian era. Does the front come off? It looks mahoosive.

Creepy shit.

I have tried to post some pictures of the snow around here, but apparently the file size is too large. is there anything I can do about this?

I have tried a Paddington Bear hard stare, but they persist in staying the same size as they were..........

Hahahaha. Yuds, that top picture is stunning! It looks like it should be in one of those artsy black and white photography books. Very cool. And baby Yuds is cute as always!

Foots, I hadn't even thought about The Other when I saw that. Now I am. Thanks...

Andy, did they enjoy the walk though? I'm obviously unfamiliar with taking my dog for walks in the snow so I have no idea how she'd react. For instance, do you think Muffin and Crumpet were thinking, "Holy crap, this is cold! Pick me up!"?

It's started melting here, but I took a couple as I was walking home (they're not as good as the others on here, but still).

Someone has built a couple of snowmen outside Aston Martin:

The Kings Arms pub:

I took one of the Iron Bridge that runs across the River Ouse too, but it was too dark even for me to brighten up in Photoshop unfortunately.

The couple that runs our local pub, Dave & Caroline used to run a pub at Iron Bridge. Couple of Aussies, grumpy as hell.

Sunny - Crumpet had never seen snow before as she was born in April. She was bloody terrified at first and wouldn't leave the house. When she was in it though she loved it. Tried to eat it quite a few times. Seeing their faces covered in snow was funny. I did feel sorry for them when they went for a wee, they were buried.

Since Sunny So Cal was 'bummed' that my bridge photo didn't turn out (which I thought was quite an extreme reaction, but nevertheless), I've taken one on the way into work this morning. Not much snow on it any more though, just a bit on the bank.

Pah. That's just a bridge without snow.

Andy, you should have taken more pictures of them. I would have loved to see them in the deep parts.

*! I purposely didn't put, "I would have loved to see the two heads poking out of the deep parts" because I knew someone somewhere would remark. Bonan, pfffftt. Go play on your Spanish keyboard.
