i cant decide.

a sandwich you would say is savoury but then the chocolatey nutella makes it sweet. so you could say it is sweet, but then is a jam sandwich a sweet or savoury item? im not sure.

Note: there is no "i dont care" option so dont ask where it is.

I would say a jam sandwich is sweet. The confusion lies with bread. Is bread sweet or savoury? I would suggest that it is neutral.

Other neutral foods include cream crackers and rice.

i think we need to take a look at the definition of sweet, because you wouldnt have a jam sandwich as a desert. why would you class cream crakers as a sweetie item?

Well you can get specific "Savoury Rice"

Yeah, well it's only savoury because it's got savoury stuff added in. You also get rice pudding.

People have cheese and buiscuits as a dessert, yet that's definately savoury. You could put jam on a cracker and it would be sweet.

yes but rice pudding is different. you see its rice prepared in a different way. but we are talking about the nutella sandwich. not just nutella on its own or bread on its own. they are a combination. a team of unknownageness.

That's a different kind of rice though. Like Apples - you can just eat an apple, but also there is apple pie/crumble and toffee apples

Get a jar of Cadburys chocolate spread and a spoon. Eat.

Anyone else feel the desire to drink milk ?

Apples are always sweet though. Rice is sweet if you eat it with sweet things and savoury if you eat it with savoury things. Same goes for bread. I therefore conclude that nutella sandwiches are sweet.

Oh FFS Quincy, just taste one! Does it taste sweet or savoury?

i wish it was that clear cut sidla i really do.

at first the nutella is overpowering and its chocolatey sweetness is the over-riding taste, but then after a few chomps the bread becomes more prominent and the savoury aspect of the sandwich comes to the forefront.
