Right... I would like people's opinions on this? Do you believe it's possible for a person to have lived before (in that they can be extremely wise by the time they reach even only their teens? This is called an "old soul" (or a person born unbelievably wise before their time).

If you are erring towards reincarnation and that they are wise because they have occupied a previous life, then no, I definitely do not believe it.

It is, possible for young people to be wise though, people gain wisdom at different points in their life (and not all their wisdom comes at the same time, so whether a person is 'wise' or not is subjective).
