What's the worst thing you have done when you've lost your temper? I notice Yuds appears to have thrown a television at someone (yikes), and I once broke a number of an ex-boyfriend's plates (!!).

When I was a kid I used to have arguments with my sister, during one of which I put my fist through her bedroom door (mum wasn't happy), but other than that I don't really lose my temper now.

my brother and i have both put our fists/heads through walls when throwing temper tantrums, and my mom made us patch the walls our selves. i learned basic drywall, how to fix a broken window, and refinish wood because of my temper- so i'd say it was productive.

now when i get mad, all i do is lay on the floor and kick and scream. or not.

Am a bit ashamed to admit it but my boyfriend says I whine rather than lose my temper. His (sexist) view is that when girls speak in a certain tone men , at an early age prob as a result from hearing their mothers he surmises, just tune out.

I get Pissed off with drivers with no patience, especially when they get right up your arse wanting you to put you foot down.
I was in the middle lane of the motorway doing 75 overtaking a string of caravans the other week. Some old woman in a nova comes right up my arse and flashes her lights to make me move out the way, which I really didn't want to cause I'd have to come straight back into the middle lane straight after anyway.
There wasn't anything stopping her over taking me except for the occasional car but it wasn't the busy.

When she finally over took me, she was staring at me. I shook my head in a disappointed way and she stuck her finger up at me. I laughed, she sped off.

Didn't really lose my temper though...

i shake my fist in those situations. i also shake my fist when i'm walking and cars try to hit me in the cross walk. it's very satisfying.
