Not being funny here @ all, but is an MP3 Player an iPOD? I am trying to give this away to Charlalottie, and would appreciate any advice please.

There is a cable with it, but the cable doesn't seem to go into the appliance... so, is the cable going into the computer? HELP!!!

An ipod is an mp3 player. You need a cable that connects to both the ipod and the computer so you can put files on and take files off

It depends what brand it is - most modern ones do charge of the computer, but it could also take a battery. If you didn't get a plug in the box and it doesn't need a battery, the computer will most likely charge it up for you

actually the box did mention AAA batteries. These are in the box: Guide to appliance, Manager CD, USB cable, Stereo & earphones.

Div, I feel the need once again to ask you two questions, a) are you drunk? b) are you five years old?

Okay, the thought was nice but this is becoming painful now.

Viv, you don't have an iPod, that's a brand name of a particular product. You have an MP3 player, and I'm sure if you looked carefully at the box you could find out who made it, how to use it, and what it does.

No more please.
