Please remember that your brain is 75% water, thus it is important to top up during the Xmas period (esp. if you have one too many punches).

I thought you were going to tell us how we can get hold of Barbie Girl.

In hindsight, this is better than I thought it'd be.

Or advise us to stay away from it at any XMas/Crimbo parties.

That would have been the better option.

I thought you would have been dying to get your hands on a barbie, Console.

I just thought all guys were automatically fascinated by blonde barbies.

I don't know about blokes from Scotland, but I've never fancied a Barbie and I've never heard of a fetish with dolls.

Also, I go for darker hair.

As do I, although - and I don't know if it's slightly oedipal in nature, but - I usually go for red heads.

I didn't mean a fascination with actual dolls! I meant, most guys usually see big boobs (a la Barbie), blonde hair (a la Barbie), and melt down.

You've obviously got more sense, tophs.

I think that's just a stereotype, propagated by TV and Film, I don't know that many men that really go for that type (although there are one or two).

Is that a Kenny earing?

I didn't know that made Barbie's with different hair colours, although I suppose it doesn't really surprise me. Anything to get people to spend another tenner (or how ever much they cost).

How do you figure?

I mean, it's obvious if you want to look at another red head, you in fact (psychologically) want to see a reflection of yourself. At least I go for opposites!! :-)

That's rather a big assumption, Viv. I go for darker hair and my hair is dark, does that mean I like people who look like me? No, it means I prefer dark hair. If I wanted someone who looked like me, I'd have to go for someone with short spiky hair and I don't think there are many straight women around like that anyway.

I don't think so, I'm not really a 'look in the mirror' type. In fact, I don't think I even own a mirror. Besides, my last girlfriend was brunette (I think, she had brown hair).

You think? You mean, you don't know!! Is that why she left? (ha ha).

No, I'm not entirely sure what brunette means, I've never understood why we don't use actual colour names.

Brunette = normally dark brown

Red head = red hair

Blonde = blonde hair.
