I heard the Gang members discussing ironing this morning! I noted Aled doesn't iron T-shirts (shock!).

Do you like to iron? Would you rather have someone else do it for you?

I only like it if there is a pile of small, easy items to do. In Canada, it seems they don't iron (something to do with the material of their clothes). Fascinating fact of the day.. :-)

Certainly don't enjoy ironing.

But watching Top Gear whilst ironing distracts me from the mundane chore that I find it :)

I only really iron shirts, most of the rest, if hung properly doesn't really need to be ironed.

I'm quite speedy at doing my shirts now. My dad is a nightmare, you have to tell him not to leave the iron resting on his shirt unless he wants a big imprint of an iron on the back of it.

I agree with Dave mainly - I only bother ironing shirts, the rest can hang overnight :D

Or - you can let him learn the hard way, which might be ultimately more effective.........

I avoid ironing wherever possible. I find it unbearably tedious and it hurts my back. I try and hang things up to dry and spray them with a bit of water and that does the trick, most of the time...

Hey, don't moan when we've managed to keep on topic this far down the line.

And I don't do much ironing. I am happy with my clothes lying in a crumpled mess.
