Hold onto your hats kids, it's time for game two! Here be the scores on the doors so far...

March Leaderboard

  • Yudster: 135 points (played 1 game)
  • Bonanzoid: 130 points (played 1 game)
  • S4B: 120 points (played 1 game)
  • Charlalottie: 105 points (played 1 game)
  • Ballbag: 105 points (played 1 game)
  • Ezza: 100 points (played 1 game)
  • Topher: 80 points (played 1 game)
  • TIAL: 75 points (played 1 game)
  • Quincy: 65 points (played 1 game)
  • Rustybike: 65 points (played 1 game)
  • Sunny So Cal: 65 points (played 1 game)
  • Tom Greeni: 65 points (played 1 game)
  • Wurzel: : 60 points (played 1 game)

And here be the rules that everyone breaks...

  • There are three rounds in each game. Each question is harder than the one before it.
  • Each question in round one is worth 5 points, round two is 10 points and round three is 15 points.
  • Checking your answers is not allowed (i.e. googling them). This is only for fun so I shall trust that you haven't cheated.
  • However, you have two chances to get help throughout the quiz. These lifelines take the form of being allowed to check two of your answers (i.e. on Google or Wikipedia), but you need to indicate that you have done so. These answers will only get you five points each, regardless of which round they are in.
  • To give your answers, please reply with only the question number and the letter A, B, C or D. This way it shouldn't be spoiled for those answering after you. I'll probably not give the correct answers for a couple of days.
  • I will PM you your score out of 15 and the number of points you have received. The points will go into the leaderboard. Unfortunately, I can't promise to tell you which ones you personally got correct or wrong.
  • The quiz masters decision is final (unless you can convince me otherwise!)

If I was doing the silly points rule for this game, you would have just been the first victim!

No, no.. less medical questions! I was very lucky to get that one right.

If we're requesting questions, can we have more on table tennis or criminology?
#333716
And before anyone else picks up on my coments on the Sharon Osbourne question, please be aware that I had to google it because I didn't know, and my comment is based on what Wikipedia said, not any knowledge of mine! The only thing I know about her is that she used to manage one of my favourite bands, the Smashing Pumpkins. Beyond that, she is an enigma to me.

Well I'll put my request in, too. No more questions about British TV shows that I don't get on BBC America. Also, more questions on British history or American geography 8)
No medical ones. That sounds hard!! Although I do agree with Yuds, this one seemed easier than that last one.

Actually, there are quite a lot of American based questions.. at least one or two per round I should imagine.

Hmmm. Well. Congrats to both TIAL and Ezza who both deserve silly points for getting one of their googles wrong.

And I'm sure you will all be glad to know that S4B PMd me her answers and was the only one who got all fifteen correct without any googles. That lady really is a brainbox, I tell thee. 8)
