Please, don't even suggest it! Big Brother is bad enough, combining that with really poor celebrities, i physically hate it.

Because Channel 4 is unfortunately underfunded & is in debt. They need Big Brother just to keep a float at the moment unfortunately, I think RTL (who owns Five) are looking at buying them

It sometimes throws up some interesting moments, such as this tribute to Heath Ledger:

I'd like to see our representitive (Terry) come out with some intellect but then I wouldn't know him well enough as I listen to Moyles.

Youtube is being such a * tonight, and the owner of that video has disabled embedding for whatever reason. :?

Who the hell are all those people? Mini-me and a bunch of nobodies?

Exactly. Pinder is just a tabloid slut placed in probably with 'The Star's backing in order that she gives them something to print about BB, the plan will probably be to raise her profile, so they can then print BB stories for the rest of the Millenium, I mean, Chanelle did well for them, but they're looking for somebody to take up her mantle.

I know of Terry as he's a native Manc, I think everybodys heard of Ulrika though.

Ahh, I was just going by who was in the video.

Lets see, we've got Ulrika-ka-ka-ka, Michael Jackson in drag, the well named Mutya from the Sugadogs, Mini-me, Tommy "The Tantastic Shagger" Sheridan whose probably there because the last Scottish politician went down so well (would you like me to be the cat?), the burd with the boobs, my mate from Uni's lookalike*, Mummy McGuire from Shameless, the token American name who you wonder why he's there as he so doesn't fit in and probably doesn't even know where he is (aka Coolio), Michael "rejected Popstars" Heaton (they're just sharing reality TV stars now it's pathetic), and Terry "I used to be famous and I'm trying to be again" Christian.

Oh yes, riveting telly. If they riveted the doors to the house shut I mean. Can't we make them eat bugs or something? Oh hang on, wrong show.

* True story - I told my mate he looked like Ben from A1 when they were in the charts and we were at uni. The next day he came in with a new haircut. I may have to email him a picture of Ben's current look and see if he changes his hair again...

I would tend to think that's down to the person who uploaded the video, as opposed to Youtube themselves.

Oh, sorry, did I not spell it out painfully enough? A few other issues earlier on, I think the site was down, plus, it was telling me I couldn't watch a video because it 'wasn't viewable' in this country. And that was that.

She has a fantastic body actually

I like the black one in the Sugababes.

I never watch Big Brother, celebrity or otherwise and until reading this thread I had only heard Ulrika was in it.

I liked the ending of Dead Set. Quite poigniant I thought.

I agree, I think anything else would have either being cliched or a cop out

For what it's worth, the only Celebrity Big Brother I've seen is that video. I went on their web site to see who was on it. You'd have thought that would have been clear from the stereotypical view I took on all of them, but apparently not.

I prefer I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here to be honest. I've barely seen any celebrity Big Brother over the years. I do remember Chris Moyles going on a lot about the cat thing with George Galloway, but maybe BP doesn't listen to him much...

As it happens, I did watch that Celebrity Big Brother too. My boredom with the whole thing came shortly after it, and I've become bored with the regular show more recently. So I wouldn't pretend I've never seen it, just that I've got fed up with it. Given their falling ratings I'm obviously not the only one. But good old BP has assumed anyone that used to watch it must still do, like it's addiction.

As for Mutya - each to their own. I don't see it myself, but clearly others do.

Same here, the last one I watched properly was when Imogen was in it, she was all I remembered from it mind

BB 1, 2 & 3 along with CBB1 (with Jack Dee) were the best, it has slowly got worse unfortunately (in some respects) but Channel 4, in it's current financial situation, can't afford to get rid of it at the moment.
