Well. Has a significant points win ever looked so bad? The contrast when the Ireland/France game came on and the two teams actually played some rugby was amazing. I fully understand that the England team is being built from scratch, but we've been hearing that for three years now - some progress should have been made. Forward progress I mean.

Looking forward to Scotland/Wales tomorrow. I know who I'll be supporting.

Is it too much to ask for three simple things - 1) Stop giving away stupid penalties. 2) Stop kicking away our hard won possession. And 3) Get the ball out a bit bloody faster! Watching France and Ireland going forward almost made me dizzy after our game, it seemed so quick!

The England game was dreadful, I was hoping Jonno would inject some pace but apparently that was too much to ask! The Ireland v France match was much better but still not what I'd expect from a 6 nations game.

C'mon the dragons, show some fire!!

Oh and I am in love with Shane Williams and Martyn Williams!

If they had played their inexperienced scrum half from the start we'd have been in trouble anyway. And if, instead of a straight swap, they had taken someone else off and shifted Bergamasco to flanker when they brought the scrum half on, we'd quite possibly have lost anyway.

I find it very difficult to support the Scottish rugby team when they're running around with (David) Murray (Rangers owner) written on their chests.

That and we're garbage. I'm hoping Wales win tomorrow and continue to win along with Ireland so we get a winner takes all Ireland v Wales game at the end.

LOVE the new sig Foots!

Munki - where is your sense of patriotism? That said I hope the same thing to be honest.

Patriotism gets overrun by the fact I like watching good rugby. We don't play it. Although we are admittedly better to watch than England, and have been for as long as I can remember.

I think the problem is that I took an interest in Rugby around 1990. That Scotland team was brilliant and won the Grand Slam, so all the Scotland teams since then have been compared with them in my eyes.

We did win the last five nations though. :D

That's pretty much my attitude to tennis.

Disappointed in the ill discipline, we should've won by more than that. Stephen Jones had a bad day, missed Ryan a bit too. Just hope that Shane is better by next week.

Mind you we did win and it was a better match than the ones yesterday so I'm happy.

My last post was a total mistake, can one of the mods delete it please, i totally didn't mean to put that on here.

If anyone quotes it, can we get rid of that as well.

And this post as well, cos it confirms I am a tit.

Gah.

He is gonna have a feckin field day with this one.

The last act of the game was a knock on for Scotland. Am I the only one that thought that pretty much summed up our day?

The Welsh looked good, but they took their foot off the gas at the same time we finally started to up it. It was almost exciting at the end, although that Welsh defence was solid. They should take England apart next weekend.

From what I saw of Italy in the highlights today, I don't think Scotland should have too much worry about the wooden spoon if they keep playing like that. But don't expect them to be any higher than fifth.

Still fancy the Wales v Ireland decider.

Yeah to be honest knock ons were pretty much Scotland's signature dish of the day.

I too fancy the Wales Ireland decider but I'm not sure my nerves can stand it.

Sat and today are up
