We seem to have got onto the subject of food in one of the other threads, so I thought "Why doesn't the BG make a thready thingum and make it a foody goodness one?"

So what's simply the best, most saliva inducing food you've ever had?

For me it has to be cream of jerusalem artichoke soup drizzled with truffle oil.
Abso-flippin-lutely gorgeous, but by crikey, it don't half make your bottom burp. A lot.

You will learn that we get on to the subject of food quite a lot.

For me, most meat - particularly lamb and beef - and traditional puddings like sticky toffee pudding and treacle sponge. Chocolate fudge cake if it's done well.

While we're on the subject Blinko Glick... Kit Kat or Twix?

Tial is correct, Blinko.

This answer could seal your fate. Try and not worry too much though - in fact, why not have a break while you think about it?

Choose wisely. Seriously.

Indeed. And the answer is Twix. Just in case you weren't sure.

Back in my dairy-eating days I would have chosen Twix over Kit Kat every time.

Now I'd say my favourite food is soy bacon sandwiches on white crusty rolls - no condiments, just plenty of fake butter - or maybe some good chip shop chips with gravy. Either way, probably followed by some soy ice cream. There's a company that make some amazing flavours, maple syrup and coconut and stuff like that. Expensive, but good.

Hmmm - i'd have to go for Kitkats just for the immense fun I have eating all the chocolate off first.

But being diabetic, i don't get to do that too often, only when hypoglycaemia rears it's ugly head :(

I prefer chunky kitkats though, one finds the quality of the chocolate quite superb.

I once got a four finger kitkat from a vending machine and it had no wafer in it - just pure chocolate - oh the sheer ecstasy!!

I wrote to them asking where i could buy more like it, as I found it better than the real thing, they just sent me a cheque for £3.10 :?

Maybe they thought I was being sarcastic?

Ah now Kit Kat Chunky is different... no idea how, but it's far better than the smaller version.

They didn't have chunky kit-kats when i last ate dairy. The concept of the snack bar remix has completely passed me by.

Kit Kat Chunky is so good it pretty much doesn't qualify as a Kit Kat at all.
