Anyway, what ever, who cares, its food, simples.
The Curry was lovely, Nan breads, homemade Cauliflower and Onion Bhaji's, and served with my home made Mango Chelly, which I love. It's basically a crab apple jelly with Mango's in, but using Mango juice instead of water in the initial boil. Mango Chutney has gotten really expensive, and making the chutney takes ages, and means you have to boil the living crap out of the fruit, which is a shame, and then you end up with something you can use to mend your head gasket. So last year I tried this when I had crab apples, and Mango's were cheap off of Lidl's. It was a great sucess.
The Crab Apple mint Jelly of 2009 was a success also mind, lovely with pate.
Tonight we are having Beef Pie, with a smoked paprika gravy, with creamy mashed potatoes and carrots. I did dig up some Horseraddish yesterday, to put in it, but it tasted of nothing, and fearing it might be something poisonous I left it out!
