Hey there my names Rich and I really Really REALLY need some help from you guys! So hears the deal...

I just spent the last month making a website of my own. The template is really quite nice, the content is... adequate and the forum looks really good (a little of its inspiration came from here though this ones much better!).

Not long ago I started putting my site up on the net and I hit a snag. My forum has no members! before you click back in a "yeh yeh yeh. Just another looser trying to recruit visitors for his site" motion, you should know that this is less an advertisement and more a plead for help!

I realise that to get forum members you have to have some fairly good content on your forum first. The only problem is that without any members (I have a grand total of six, none of them that talkative) I don’t have any content.

I’m looking for some good interesting people who are willing to put a few seconds of their life aside each day for little old me in order to post some good topic starters and hook some members!

I cant offer much in the way of cash (still a student) but i promise a good 3 or 4 moderator positions for the best topic starters once the site gets up and running. Right. Sorry about that post if you somehow find it offensive or annoying. I know how irritating these posts are and I thought that if I worded it in the least pushy manor possible, you wouldn’t be too annoyed. To be fair though, I’m not a moron. I’m Simply a 16-year-old guy with a high interest in computer and Internet technology. I’m not making any profit from this forum so I cant pay anyone. If I must apologise for having a passion and for trying to start a community then I’m sorry but I couldn’t think of any other way.

i guess you hadnt noticed its sort of running thing seb's come to expect refering to seb's post "i was waiting for that" (see post for exact quote)

and other topics that sidla has pointed out seb's sig and/or avatar is too big as it happens quite often

i've been on here on/off since february remember the person who had a avatar of the terminator-arnie and asked how arnie was doing (running your country) thats was me so i know what to expect.
