I think he meant he was from Rotterdam.

Liverpool or Rome, etc - hence punctuation, in Dutch it makes perfect sence and means

" Hi, I am Liam from Rotterdam. I really enjoy the Chris Moyles show and believe him superior to all others, I feel extreme affection for him, which could manifest itself in a physical way, should the opportunity arise. Only Joking about the Physical side !"
