Last night Chris was nominated for a Sony. Dave and Lizzie went along. Chris has been nominated for Best Entertainment show. Emma B is wearing a see through bra as he describes as like a birds eye view of two eggs on a frying pan. He says that Ross is the only competition and he will win. Lets hope the judges Mr Vegas and Mr Lamarr like the tape.

Will was supposed to get the teas in today but hes ran out of money and Dave complains that he wants a tea and a kit kat. Will says he cant get the teas for all at£2.50. Chris complains about the bosses not thanking him on his nomination. He says hes heard more noise in a morgue. He plays out a scene and slates Greg Dyke. A lot of listeners have sent congratulations and a few friends have texted him. Emma B complained that Sunday Surgery didnt get a nomination. I WONDER WHY, HEY, GET A PERSONALITY THEN. Dave has a whole gaggle of Guess Whos from last night.

He remembers when he was 2nd best DJ in 1998 and how he was proud he beat someone from BBC Radio Ulster. His ego got deflated when they read his name out as Chris Morales.

Today was fitness assessment day. Will got confused and got disqualified. They did an exercise called the Bleep Test. What it basically is, is two cones and you have to run to the cones before the second beep. Problem is the beeps get closer in time so the person has to run harder. Greyhead instead moved the cones closer together.

Chris was top of the fitness assessment as he reached level nine. To get into the army, you need to reach level ten. In Wills local paper, Aldershot are running an assault course for charity. Chris says thats rubbish. They get onto the subject of Chris' driving as he is too cautious. Chris wants to be a role model for young drivers. Chris challanges Dave to a driving contest... on the XBOX during the next 2 songs.

Chris listens to the Dreem Teem show on Sunday morning and finds it funny but for all the wrong reasons. Chris saw the infommercial about BBC Talent last night with Ian Wright and says it still makes him laugh.

Michael was in the new drama with no goatee but had to go back to Eastenders with a goatee immediately so the make up lady had to paint it on but Michael said he looked like Ming The Merceles for two episodes before it grew back.
