Chris finally saw About A Boy starring Hugh Grant and said it was brilliant. He did not say who he went with but it was obvious he didnt go on his own. BB Aled has asked to join the Big Blubber team but after today he might not. his trainers looked like two tangos. He doesnt answer back or swear.
Jane awards Aled the trophy but Chris overrides the decision and this weeks LICKY LICKY BROWN NOSE IS COMEDY DAVE.
Bio Electric Impedent - small electric current through daves body
dave is holding a small machine that looks like a games console. He has to stand up and hold two metal plates. This is to calculate body fat. The other harder way would be to cut you up. He is 19.3% body fat when the last time was over 22%. She proceeds to put kalipers on Will. Chris wants them to do it 4 times to hurt him. Daves says there is more fat on a budgies lip than Lizzie. Lizzie has 18% body fat. Chris has lost 3 stone so Jane brought a bag of which weighed 3 stone. He nearly fell over. Chris gets a present from Jane which was the Little Book Of Detox. She said it will be good bedtime reading. Chris says his bedtime reading is Penthouse.

Alex is losing his patience with the others like Jonny and Spencer. They have asked her to go straight to Big Brother Little Brother
Sunita is leaving the house at 7pm
Kate has a BMW, Spencer asked Kate for a snog and she said no, Big Brother have finally started talking to Aled. The Heaven and Hell is DEFINITELY GOING AHEAD. The rich part will have double the food budget and the poor house will have the bare minimum with an outside toilet.
Lynne had a go at Spencer.

Dave Pearce wants Jade in and PJ out because he was boring

Chris has a World Cup rousing for England. Chris gets pissed off with Will trying to make a gag that he sticks on a record. Dave after the show is joining in the World Cup sweepstake between staff. Chris will teams too but he cant be bothered going and will watch TV all night as thats the only thing which doesnt involve drinking copious amounts of alcohol.
