Aled - One day out training and he had a fast run but slept in today
Lizzie - Bad weather is the reason why NO show this week. She says she has biked in 3 times this week but the rest of the team are bitching that noone has seen the bike.
Dave - No show today from him as he claims it was Thursdays only MOT Garage. Tuesday a healthy run against Aled.
Will - HES BACK. After the back trouble, Will has been an ever present performer this week and is clearly on the road to recovery.
Chris - After a lapse in effort last week, Chris is back on form this week. He wants to be more committed.
UNDERDOG WILL KINDER WINS THE LICKY LICKY BROWN NOSE TROPHY.
The World Cup sweepstake has proved a disappointment as both Chris and Daves teams have been knocked out. Duran Duran have said they will re-record Rio if England win the World Cup as a tribute to Rio Ferdinand. Durans original 5 members have got back together and will release a new album next year. The team feel confident about an England win tomorrow but Lizzie has reservations.
Bubble & Dean record gets played. Chris says Oh Dear with the classic line from the song Were All Standing Tall With Our Backs Against The Wall.
Chappers Interview - Very confident and slags off the World Cup team of 66 saying they had their glory and lets think to the future. Chris asks Chappers if it was true about Rio Ferdinand who complained in the hotel that there was no porn channels. What really happened was that Rio ordered porn channels but they were still pixalated and he couldnt see much. Chappers carried the team kits off the train and he says that each player has 4 full kits. Chris wants to know if he can nab any of their shirts. He asks whether Page 3 girl Rene has been in contact. Chris says she hasnt. Chris signed Beckham shirt has blood on it after a mate fell over and Chris picked him up.

Chris saw her on holiday once. The same holiday he saw Dane Bowers and Phil Middlemiss (the bloke who played Des Barnes in Corrie).
Scottie voice was heard again today for the Geekchat but he has a 2 week holiday coming up which he will spend in bed. Chris says that before tomorrows match he will have a run. Georgina from Newsbeat will tag along and join Chris in the George VIP part to watch the football tomorrow morning.

Jade saga continues. She is still complaining about Adele. Tim has tipped off PJ about the England Brazil match in a type of code. The Poofth went to the Heat buildings. He interviewed editor Mark Frith. He wants Alex to leave because Spencer has done nothing this week. Dan, News Editor from Heat, wants Spencer out because he is boring and that Alex is the only interesting housemate left. Polly, Deputy News Editor from Heat, wants Alex to go because Spencer is a dark horse. Alex has turned it around though to being more likeable.
