S Club came into the studio to plug their new single. Well 3 of them namely Bradley, Rachel and Hannah. Chris claimed that he can do the splits like Jon. Chris talked to them about their new film coming out. It is called Seeing Double and will be released next April. There are cameos by Gareth Gates and some fella from Braveheart called David Gant. No Ive never heard tell of him either. This will coincide with a live tour at the same time.
Chris asked them what they wanted for Christmas. Hannah wants a Lingophone so that she can learn French. Bradley said he wouldnt mind the Spanish version. Rachel wanted a dog but knew that her busy schedule wouldl mean that it wouldnt be fair on the dog because she wont be able to look after it. Chris suggested she got a teddy bear and get Jez to make Dog impressions instead.
Chris asked why they hadnt made an S Club TV show in England bearing in mind they all live here. They replied that the weather isnt that good for filming. From little of I have seen of the show, I see them in the house lounging on the sofa. They said that Jarvis * came to their show in London but they didnt meet him. Bradley bigged up Chris TV show and this was a perfect opportunity for a bit of self promotion. They played the Double A Side to Alive called Dance which Bradley requested. The single is released on the 18th November with the album Seeing Double to follow a week later on the 25th.
The Sport Monkey Carrie Davies was back on the show and Chris played the Ooh Carrie Davies Jingle. Chris asked her what shes doing for the rest of the day. She finished at 6 and she will probably go straight to bed because she has to get up for the 4:30am bulletin. She is off for the weekend and she has a School Reunion to attend. Chris urged her not to go because it would be a nightmare to see all the losers. Chris asked if she was going to lie about her job to make her sound better. Georgina will tonight go and see the film 28 Days Later. The director Danny Boyle was on Chris show last night.
Chris got Dave to read out a One Life trail and he did it without making any mistakes for possibly the first time. The Crisps was still on the agenda. Chris told Aled to go back with the 6 tokens and see if he could change them for money but the shopkeeper refused. Emails came in to say that people have won a Fiver with Beef and Onion flavour bags.
FA ALED UPDATE
Jeremy had another bonding session today. The task was how to deal with the press. They each had to write anonymously a positive thing about their friends in the academy and a negative thing and they had to guess who was what by asking. Marli bore the brunt of the Negative energy. This doesnt bode well for her for Fridays show. If the viewers dont keep her in and it goes to the final 2, it seems her days are numbered. Ainslie was described as a prat and a madman.
