Chris was wide awake today and Dave was in his Christmas jumper feeling very Christmassy, Chris finally took his car in for a service, but then got a bill for £1500. On the way in this morning Chris was listening to Sarah Kennedy on Radio 2 (My Mums Favourite Show) and she said that it wasn't as cold outside, cue very poor Radio 2 impression of her to add to the Terry Wogan and Ken Bruce ones, Chris missed spooks but caught the very bizarre Ron Atkinson documentry on BBC1, though there will be no discussion this morning of the programme on channel 5 last night called "is she really going out with him" as it did feature Chris himself from 1997.
When they had the Travis at Maida Vale session earlier in the year, they asked Travis if they could play a Christmas song that Chris and Dave could Join in, like Little Drummer Boy, but they went further and wrote one especially, the song called Alone on Christmas Day got it's first play this morning.
Chris watched the McFly video yesterday for Room on the 3rd floor and was very impressed, he aslo watched the band aid 20 video with idea of watching to see who sing's that feed the world line at the end. The Record company say Daniel Bedingfield, but he is in New Zealand at the moment so this cannot be confirmed. Dom reckons it is Paul Mcartney, but i can exclusively reveal it can't be as he recorded the Bass on the day before the full song was done, as anyone who watched the making of documentry would have seen.
Buzz Off - Is There Something I Should Know - Duran Duran
Today's Buzz Off Was Duran Duran Is There Something I Should Know, Rachel Buzzed 20 seconds before the end and Dave and Dom went till the end, the listners buzzed 72% Buzz On,
Chris was listnening to a London News show on saturday morning, and this serious news station was talking about Drinking and Driving and Also Drugs and Driving, and they asked for emails and text's in when the Girl on the show said "I just don't no where they park"
Yesterday Chris told a story about something he bought in Leeds matalan, which wasa singing talk, that sang Loverboy by Billy Ocean, but Chris had forgotten again, but Matalan had heard the Link and sent Chris and the team 12 Lovergoats, which we got to hear this morning, and is basically the song with some Goat noises, we then got the first ever Goat Choir on Radio 1.
Today's Advent Calender Was Craig the winner of the first series of Big Brother, who the team met in Liverpool when Dom was speaking to Craig's mate Paul for half an hour not realising it was Paul Dalglish son of Kenny.
