Chris was an honarary gooner last night as he was in a North London pub. He had rather a late night and got up at 1:30pm today and missed training. Chris fancies Liz out of Atomic Kitten, who has just split up with Lee from Blue. Lizzie talks about the rumour from Miles that he kissed Chris at the xmas party. The team are talking nonsense but the team say that they make perfect sense and Chris is drunk. Dave goes through how he cant understand the Matrix or the Sixth Sense. Matthew Kelly birthday and Chris recalls the time he was on the phone. Chris says that he looks like a thin Brian Blessed.

Will - tuesday jetlag excuse, Will says Shut Up You Silly Cow, said he was too comfy in bed today.
Lizzie - tuesday busy, zero exercise and lizzie making excuses.
Chris - having been away in the land of the hamburger, she was worried that his weight would go up. Amazingly though he lost weight. He will reserve judgement till hes seen more of it.
Dave - Thursday was alone training and jetlag on Tuesday, failed to come up with any new excuses from his medical dictionary.
WORST WEEK EVER AND GYM LADY JANE INSTEAD GIVES HERSELF THE AWARD.
Atomic Kitten are in and Chris recalls the time they came in 99. He says they were the 2nd worst interview, the worst one was Kenickie. Natasha is 19 and pregnant, hmm saying nothing. Whole Again was voted Number 68 in the best song ever. It was above Space Oddity and Jailhouse Rock. He goes to Page 18 of todays Daily Star where it says that Jenny wants to pose naked. She said it was sort of true because she said it but jokingly. Someone get my chequebook out. They encourage him to look at their boobs for some reason. They call their goodies. Jenny and Natasha are both engaged and Liz is single. Kerry is joining them for the Soccer Sixes and they hope to get Cat Deeley.
Chris complains about the wiring underneath him. The engineers ring up and say they will look at it after 6. Will complains about the blocked toilet and Dave says it looked like Shepherds Pie. RI:SE comes up and Chris comments on it saying he only saw it for 15 minutes and was crap. He says he will reserve judgement until he has seen more.
Dave had a compromise evening last night. She brought her girlfriend to the pub last night to watch the football.
