I have misplaced the notes so it goes on recollection. Chris rips the piss out of hte Paffendorf record saying even Pete Tong hates it. Richard Madeley is 46 and Stevie Wonder is 52 today Chris was late in and Mark & Lard filled in till half three playing full versions of Bohemian Rhapsody and Space Oddity. Chris was out last night to Karoake and sang Mack The Knife. He talks about Spoony going to the Beckingham Palace Party at the weekend. Chris says that Spoony has his tongue straight up Davids ass. Chris wants to go to the premiere of Star Wars and finally after much pleading got two tickets.
Terry Venables, former Spurs, Barcelona and England manager came in to plug his novelty record in time for this years world cup. Its called England Crazy and the video has him singing on top of a double decker bus. He says its the first time hes been on a deckre before. He teamed up with a group to sing the song. Its easy listening crooner type singing which intro is reminiscent of the theme tune to Family Fortunes. Someone else notices this and rings in to Lizzie. Chris says that really old Fortunes is on after This Morning Monday to Friday. Chris plays a bit of Terrys song but sort of talks during it bearing in mind it exactly what you would classify as Radio 1 Playlist material.
Talk goes round of course to football. Terry would have picked McManaman and Bowyer for the World Cup and says that they shouldnt be afraid and they are probably the 5th best team there. Terry then asks Chris a question regarding what has happened to Kewells form for Leeds. Terry also managed Australia in which Kewell plays for. Chris says that he think he will stay but Mark Viduka wont. Dave chipped in and said that they could get £20 million out of Viduka. Leeds really need the cash at the moment as their yearly account sprang massive debts so they have to sell some of their most sought after players.
Dont think that was bad for my memory.
