Four Days to go until the Great North Run, the half marathon that Chris will run with Gym Lady Jane, for the very last time, in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Chris went out today and ran for 3 and a half miles. BBC Sport wanted to film Chris' preparation but he didnt reply to their request.
