Chris and the team were still playing there ACCCIIDD clip today, they've decided to bring it back along with smiley T-shirts and bandannas.
Chris had Danny Boyl on his TV show the other day and lied about seeing 28 Days. However he went to see it last night and said now he could officially say its a good film. He began to give away the ending but Dave stops him, reminding Chris of the truble he caused when he gave away the ending of The Sixth Sense. Aled's favourite films are Terminator two, The Matrix and Charlies Angels. Chris said these are nearly as bad as Dave's: Weekend at Bernies two, Suburban Commando. They took a call from message board member bridgie (hurrah!) who agreed with Dave that Suburban Commando was a good film. Both he and Dave also liked Dude Wheres My Car? so Chris called them both sad. Another caller asked them to play the Postman Pat mix, so Chris told Dave to fill and talk to the caller while he found it. This was a problem as apparently Dave couldn't hear the caller, which obviously resulted in an arguement between Chris and Dave.
Aled went to get the teas in and Chris wanted something 'cakey' for a treat, so Aled brought him back a smarties cookie. This resulted in a detailed and bizarre dicussion about dunking biscuits in tea. Yes, they were VERY short of material.
This weekend Aleds going to Sheffield with 'the wife and kid' or 'Dorothy', whichever you prefer. He's going to go shopping for a new pair of jeans as three out of the four pairs of jeans he owns has a hole in the croch.(!) Chris is going to watch Leeds lose on Sunday and Dave is going to Tamworth with his girlfriend to see the in-laws. They take a call from a bloke in Tamworth offering to take Dave out drinking for the night, but he's under the thumb and can't. It's Lizzie's friends birthday party this weekend, which leads Chris to talk about Lizzie's drinking problem. He tells several stories about Lizzie being drunk, including at Christmas when she had to get off the tube to be sick, Chris's birthday when she tried to pay for her cigerettes with her swich card and the man wouldn't except it because her signatures didn't match, she was so drunk when she signed, plus 'the ultimate one they never talk about'. Chris announced he hates being drunk and he's actually a really slow drinker. He said he's very good at not giving in to peer-pressure and mixing his drinks.
Another phone call - the caller didn't understand the end of Panic Room so Chris explained it to her. She still didn't get it so Chris called her stupid.
