Today he was feeling: Rocking Todays audience: Unsigned bands.

The viewers at home had to vote for their favourite band, who would then play at the end of the show. The bands were:
Northern Souls
Mooks of Hazard
Can
Blackout
These bands were quite good, although Can were my least favourite.

- The Sun - It's ok girls, you're safe now The Sun is here to look after you! - Miss World girls coming back home.
- The Sun - Bizarre column - H + Claire's album flops.
- Mirror - Opportunity chocs - Martin Kemp is a chocaholic
- Daily Star - Meet the High St Honeys - So Chris did as it said and brought them into the studio.

The competiton to come down to the show on Friday was to guess who the legs belonged to. The legs were the Spice Girls. The winner also got a spiderman prize.

Todays guest was... Jon Culshaw! (he had to be on there sometime.) He did several impressions throughout the show including, Dr Who (Tom Baker), Trevor McDonald and Dale Winton. Chris got him to do an advert and morph into different impressions.
