Just out of curiosity, Aled, why do you always do absolutely everything that Chris tells you? Is it in your contract?

Friday's half time is a good example! Still very funny though!

It's surely good that they show confidence in you to be able to do that.. Whenever the guv'nor's off, always try and prove you can do his job without him... Unless of course it's obvious you can't.

Will's still with Radio 1 - and in fact is still on the show, he's working on a special project. That's all I'm saying for now.

Joce has been doing my job since mid November she'll continue doing it till we swap roles again in April.

LOL! No it's not in my contract. What would you want me to do? I thought what he was asking me to do was very funny so I did it.

Yeah, I know. I'm doing alright so far! The next few months are pretty full on so I'll be tested. We'll be submitting our Sony entries and one of my first big projects is our next show on the road in January and setting all that up.

No, Joce is BBC Staff. And is a permanent member of the Chris Moyles Show. She's normally Day BA which means I hand all my work over to her when I finish my day. In the mini swaps, she's morning BA, I'm Day Prod and a lovely person called Natasha is the new Day BA.
