fairly sure this is kwok cos moyles' talked about him doing the voice overs..i think... due to the banzai connection etc. though he could've been arsing around saying that.

yeah, they've talked about it once, about when they got Burt in andhow funny he was coz he was so serious or something - they wouldn't ahve bothered making that up and I agree, it is FAR FAR FAR too good an impression for mr Culshaw.

Ok so it seems clear that it isn't Jon and it is in fact the real Bert kwoouk. The question was what is it spose to mean, I take it Uglybob is right then with it being a Harry Hill sketch.

i heard it today. i dont think bob's right, but it was only a suggestion anyway. i think it's probably a reference to something else kwok's done. either the new series of bazai, or tenko. probably the later seeing as no-one's got the foggiest :-/

I can confirm that tenko is the origin of this voice over.
In one episode, Bert lived next door too my legendary arch enemy Stevotrash who making his TV debut. Stevo starred as a man who used to bake bloomers for the prisoners. Altough I hate the guy, It was a sparkling performance and was well worthy of a 10/10.

Obviously Moyles is making references to Trashtastic in an effort to get him on the show.
