Let's look at the evidence - Moyles announcing several times that he's leaving the Saturday show very soon. Moyles asking Helen from Big Brother whether she wanted to present the Saturday show. Moyles saying "we'll give these dolls away on our last show... I shouldn't really mention that. Nevermind". Moyles has done quite a lot of TV & magazines over the past few months.
Now I find out about The Saturday Show, the BBCs replacement for Live & Kicking. It'll apparently be a Letterman style interview show with an older target audience than L&K. This launches in September, but they are launching a campaign now to find the house band which will be a (oh dear) manufactured rock band. "No dancing boy or girl bands please. Do you want to be the next Travis, Catatonia or Wheatus?". Jesus.
You have probably guessed by now that I'm hinting at Moyles presenting this show and I'm almost certain that he is. I mean, why would he give up a show and wages without something to replace it. This show starts in September - that gives him time to annouce it on the show, etc. Now it could be anybody presenting this new show, and these are only my ideas - but who else could the BBC employ to win the ratings war with Ant & Dec?
http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/entertainment/tv_and_radio/newsid_1463000/1463580.stm
the_dr
