Have Richard and Konnie broken up?  I didn't know that.<P>Liz does my head in, she's one of those kids TV presenters who constantly talks down to you and I hate that.  Someone send her to CITV, she'd fit in there.  Don't mind Konnie though, she seems alright.

I didn't have a clue that Richard had ever gone out with Konnie. I watched the Big Breakfast on Friday, which is very rare for me and there was a classic bacon scene, in which he been invited to be best man at somebodies wedding in his capacity as a minor celebrity. He stood up and did that usual crap "I have known Dean & Martha for about 2 hours and throught...". Then he got out a signed photograph of Scott Mills and written on the back was a message to the couple. <P>"I don't know whether you know Scott Mills - he does the graveyard shift on Radio 1, but like me he is a minor celebrity and he wanted you to hear this message:<br>'I'm not the marrying sort but I wish Dean & Martha the very best...'"<P>That just amused me. Bacon knows what he's doing - he knows he is Alan Partridge and he plays it to the max. I find him funny and I'll be sad to see the program go (unless it's replaced by something better).<P>the_dr
