got some of it which i can upload. only a few links / bits and pieces as i couldn't be bothered to mp3 the lot etc.<br><br>i remember uglybob saying he was feeling slightly in the need of some comedy. not that i wish to disrespect the whole situation or whatever (dont want to bother going into this) but I thought everyone would perhaps like a bit of moyles. <br><br>personally i've watched lots of news - once again - and question time tonight. lots of very good points which helped a lot. i find it hard to get down to doing work at home when the news is on and there's no moyles. i therefore thought this would be reasonably ok.<br><br>please tell me what you think / want.<br><br>regards

just to let you all know i recorded some of yesterday's show. i think the most important bit was his opening message, in which he explains for about 5 mins how he's feeling, and why he's so confused over how to do the show. he says that people like jo whiley are ok because their normal shows are appropriate in theis situation, but his is really not. it's really weird hearing him speak like this, but i think it was important to record it. will upload soon.

I got yelled at for not doing some homework today.. I just sat and took it.. I really wasn't in the mood - some people are so insensitive, this was like 15 minutes after the 3 minutes silence.<br><br>And Tom - I'd like to hear his views, too.

It's a shame to have to say this but - it just goes to prove to all of Moyles' critics, that he isn't the insensitive person some people make him out to be, that what he says is just a show.. he's proved that last few days.<br><br>I didn't want to say that, cos it's a shame that it's happened because of this.

yep. i did mrs_m. <br>he was pretty good on them. i think they picked him partly because of his low voice (respectful), and how well he's done recently seeing as he's had 2hr45min shows to do.

I sent him an e-mail, the first I've ever sent him, thanking him for doing so well over the past few days.  I don't know about anybody else but his familiar voice has been a real comfort to me.  I've been particularly upset at school as well.  We had a two minute silence at 10:50 because nobody could be bothered to give up 3 mins of their break at 11, and I was sat there at 11:02 thinking about it with my mate running about laughing.  She came over to me  and said don't look so upset, we've paid our respects.  I wasn't exactly impressed with that.  I also have two idiots in my history class who thought the whole thing was hilirous and drew a picture of a plane crashing into the WTT in the back of their books.  I felt physically sick, one of my freinds started crying and they just laughed at her, there are no words to describe how angry that made me feel.

I know what you mean! We had the three minutes silence at 9.15 coz we were all in assembely and at 11 we would be having break. At 11 my mate I was with kept laughing and talking about what she was doing that night - she really annoyed me!

We had our 3 minutes silence at 10:50 as well because of break. Me and a few of my friends we quite annoyed that the school didn't do it at 11 like the rest of the country so we had our own silence but people tried to talk to us the whole way through.<br><br> Some idiot that I know has been making jokes about whats happened as well, and everyone was telling him how sick he was but he didn't listen.<br><br> Went with my friend and sister to  to put some flowers down at the town hall today. Quite alot of people have left flowers there.<br>

I did the 3 minutes silence at my hospital radio station at 11 o'clock.<br><br>I went in esecially to do it cause otherwise our computer would have played out music.<br><br>I was in the studio all by myself.<br>I felt a bit lonely but I also knew that my listeners and the rest of Europe were doing the same thing.<br><br>Three minutes seemed to take forever to end. It was probably the longest 3 mins of my life.

Sam - I know just how you feel.<br><br>We did have a 3 minutes silence at 11, as it wasn't during our break, as I don't think people would be that mature about it to pay their respects.

I had a friend who was pulling faces and throwing things during the silence. It really annoyed me that he couldnt take 3 minutes out of his life for others.

i was in a maths lesson and no one messed around or anything. but on the floor above me there were some people messing around doing something and i thought that was awful because everyone else was quiet.
