Best city without a doubt is Nottingham.<br><br>Worst city would have to be a tie between all the Northern Ireland cities - but they don't properly count as Britain....so the worst city has to be LIVERPOOL.

Leeds is a damn fine city but I wouldn't want to live here permenantly, living in york and having mates who live in leeds is the best plan, cos you've got the nice quiet social pubs in york to go to with a few mates and then a quick train and you've got all the best places in leeds like evolution, the best student club in the country!

DRLOZBAKER, I'm in Adel, a few minutes from Headingley. <br>Have to agree with Easty that it's probably best to live just out of Leeds, cos the centre can be quite in your face. But that is another of Leeds qualities, the centre is fairly, for the want of a better word, centralised. 10 mins drive in any direction and you are out of the city and into the countryside... ish. Depending on which way you drive!! ;D

No we dont have a harvey nichols but we have other good shops. And we dont have aire we have trent fm where producer richard used to work and simon mayo worked on radio nottingham and chris' girlfriend comes from southwell which is just outside nottingham so maybe i will see him in town one day.

You don't wanna come to Leicester when they play Leeds and/or vice versa (football) - put it that way  :)<br><br>Nottingham - i went there for a week on work experience two years back - knowledge of it is quite limited so i can't comment, as it was usually out the train station, onto Maid Marian way and into the workplace - but i wouldn't go as far as to call it the 'worst city in Britain'.

Problem with most train stations is they are in the sh*ttiest parts of the town/city....eg. Birmingham New Street station - as soon as u arrive there u think that Birmingham is a complete sh*thole.......
