I love "my Family", I think it's great - I loved the first series but think this one is even better. It's about the only comedy of recent years to make me laugh out loud other than friends of course.<br><br>Eddie

The Office, Reeves and Mortimer, Stella Street, Ali G, Borat, Trigger Happy TV, South Park, The Fast show, Goodness Gracious me, Happiness, Smack the pony, Banzai, Whose line is it anyway, Father Ted, Time gentlemen please, So Graham Norton, 3rd Rock from the sun, The Simpsons, Spaced, Family Guy, Sex and the city, Futurama, the 11o'c show, Malcom in the Middle, Brass eye, Rock Profiles and the League of gentlemen.<br><br>I dont like all of these from recent years but they're funny none the less, also they're not dumbed down like Friends and My Family.<br>I watched an episode of Friends and i didn't know what the fuss was about give me the FAR greater english comedy anyday i.e. Only Fools and Horses, Bottom, The Young Ones, Fawlty Towers and Benny Hill(yo even Snoop Dogg said he liked Benny Hill)

yeah well, who cares what Snoop dogg thinks anyway? I like most of the comedy's you mentioned but my Family aint dumned down at all - it just follows a good comedy formula. And if you've only ever watched one episdoe of friends you're not gonna get it. The whole thing with friends is the superb character writing, you HAVE to get to know the characters and all their ins and outs before it gets hillarious!<br><br>Eddie

I do know the characters, it just gets very predictable as does Father Ted but that still makes me laugh at every episode
