i remember this type of thread a while back...would led zep and stairway to heaven be banned. <br><br>At the hospital station i am at, the radio presenter is a right pillock... it was a couple of days afer sept 11, and he unknowingly played Frank Sinatra - New York New York.  He didn't know that song was appropriate as the sign that said don;t talk about it or play senstive songs was turned round, so he couldn't see it (however his common sense begs some explanation) - so while the song was on-air, he was told what he had done and to rectify the situation - no prizes for guessing what he does....handles it with incredible tact and back-announces the track! there's just no helping some people, really - he's currently producing a demo for local radio station around Leicestershire

Adam, <br><br>People here are willing to give you a chance,but they wont be if you pick on people for no reason -  He wasn't going over the Top, he wasn't condoling that sort of violence or making fun of it. He was just saying how inappropriate and Ironic it would be if they played that song in similar circumstances.<br><br>There's nothing wrong with what he wrote, it's no worse than Everlasts comment about the car accident- and walking away (Which incedently was funny)Everalst wasn't mocking people who have had car accidents.<br><br>No hard feelings though Adman,<br><br>Eddie.
