It was actually created by Pianoman, using the bullseye sample (not remixed), his dj moniker is 'Barcode' and if you've read Uglybob's review past chart hits in 1995.

DJGSWEET has also made a track using the sample (both mates who are part of the 'URG' dj group - link on my first message of this topic). Contact Gsweet if you would like a copy on mailto:[email protected] or download from URG, although you may have to register before being able to download any material...
