How can you tell? And one last thing.. believe it or not Northern Ireland as a region are actually more intelligent than the the rest of the UK. Its a fact and im not willing to argue about. You are obviously an insensitive, extremely unintellctual and uneducated individual who hasnt a clue about current affairs. I rest my Case.

I meant as far as schools and universities go. and that IQ test was a waste, as only a tiny minority bothered to do it on the internet anyway.. And the ones that did were probably all brainy anyway..
