What we all ought to do is save the 0.25 day up for four years then we get an extra day one year!!

I knew a few people who had a birthday on the 29th Feb at school. They were only 4. Incidentally my half birthday is on the 29th Feb.

if 6 months after the 29th of august is the 29th february, that means 6 months after my birthday, 23rd february, will be 23 august...

I propose we take a break from the norm and save up the extra days for 28 years, and then have an extra week.

It's be a normal week, at least as far as names of days go, but 28th - 35th February would be national holidays.

do people who are born on a leap yea only have a birthday every 4 years?
