I thought the rule was still in place but it appears that it isn't, I thought it was fine in the end as the likely hood of anyone posting 100 posts a day was very slim.

Well this whole problem ended after the post limit was added and so it was never an issue so no one had to ever worry about it, now that a certain person has come along and created the problem the easy solution would be to remove the so called person out of the equation by banning then and then the problem would be gone.
