But seriously, I'd go to a friend, talk it over. Cheesy to say a problem shared is a problem halved, but it feels better when it's not bottled up. Arrange a night out to take my mind off things. Or go and spend money, the sort of retail therapy keeps you happy for a wee while. Drinking doesn't solve many problems, it generally creates more. I can't drive, so long walks are my version, which are always nice.
