Someone sent it directly to Chris. I doubt very much that it's on the web. If you want it that badly you'll just have to make do with Dickie's version.

No-one says that in London.

Morals' quick guide to using * rhyming slang.....

Never use the second part of a slang phrase. For example, "I'll take a butchers hook" would be said as "I'll take a butchers", "Whistle and flute" would become "whistle" etc.
