Basically its about a Brighton based Artist who's 'work' is currently on show. Clearly refering to 9-11

He has called Blacksmoke 5-11, he's trying to highlight the fight against terrorism at home as well as in countries such as Iraq.

Cauty was the person behind the Queen wearing a gas mask which upset a few people as well as the Royal Mail itself.
